Same here. And I never use "2 tablespoons". Lately I've been using italian
dressing, which is not really my thing. I'm a French and Thousand Island
person. But I get that they're probably amongst the sweetest dressings
(notice any connection to my nick here), which is why I was taken aback to
see a "0 carb" Thousand Island dressing. Knowing these folks sometimes play
games with their labels, I was just wondering if this has come up before.

I noticed Italian and Ranch seem to be the lowest in carbs. I'll eat them
if I have to, but they aren't my preference.

Sounds a lot like Italian dressing to me, which doesn't really work for me
(except somehow when I eat at Olive Garden... I used to love their salads
and bread sticks). But thanks for the recipe. We can never have too many of
them (as long as they are organized <g>) and there are other folks around
here who'd like it.

I've noticed that Newman's Own often has fewer carbs than the same dressing
in a different brand. His Creamy Ceasar has only one. Also creamy garlic
dressings often have just one or two.

Look at Kraft Ranch (I like the 3-cheese ranch) and Creamy Caesar (I
like the one with bacon) varieties as well as some of the Marie's
(produce section). The Kraft ones have 1 gm carb per tablespoon. Some
of the Marie's have 0 gm. (I think the bleu cheese is one of them).

Marie's are great.. and so thick that you can thin them by half or more with
water, make it a more pourable dressing, with no effect to the taste!
