Read this article and wondered if it would be good for Atkins/lc dieters,
too.  Any thoughts?

I saw that awhile back - since then I've been adding about a teaspoon of
cinnamon to my sugar free, orange flavored fiber laxative.  You have to really
stir it good but it doesn't taste bad.  I am not diabetic but have high
triglycerides and the article I read said it helped.

Hola,

Not only cinnamon, but a lot of different herbs and spices
are highly recommended for their "healing" properties...
(e.g. nutmeg, paprika, culantro & cilantro, cloves...)
