Well couldn't wait for Mar. 17, "St. Patricks Day", so I got CORNED BEEF
from Pick 'N Save $2.88/lb.  I put it in my pressure cooker (15 lb) for 45
min. and it's done. BAAAMM, BAAAMM!!

I like CORNED BEEF (0 carbs)!!!!!  I ate it with colby cheese and mustard.

I'll throw it in a pot and boil a little then simmer for a few hours. Its
great with mustard.

I love corned beef too. Just be aware that it may not have 0 carbs. That's
what the label may say but look at the ingredients to tell for sure. Having
said that, eating it won't break the carb bank so enjoy, just be aware that
it may contain something that could trigger cravings if you're susceptible
to them.

how does that compare with
1.8Kg @ $4.97AUS/Kg
done with 1:4 white vinegar : water+bayleaf+3XChilliPepper+
Teaspoon peppercorn+2XGarlic Clove
into "AutoCook Cornbeef" @ 1.8Kg in a MicroWave
89mins later,, let it stand in the water overnight (@30°C
and refrigerate the next day.
Sunday lunch + sangers for Monday ,, yummo!!
