Can anyone tell me why you are not allowed to drink milk on Atkins
Induction?

I've tried double cream in tea & coffee but am not impressed.  I only like
1tbsp in drinks.

Are there carbs in Pasteurised, Semi Skimmed, & Skimmed?  Which is the best
of the three?

If you are just having a tbsp in a coffe or something, I wouldn't worry
about it.  Yes, there are some carbs, but one or two tbsp are nothing IMHO.
I drink milk on the plan myself, but I work out to.  I just love milk.

Can anyone tell me how many carbs there are per tbsp of milk (Pasteurised,
Semi Skimmed, & Skimmed)?  Thanks.

A cup of milk has about 12 or 13 grams of carbs.  There are 16 TBSPs in
a cup and so that works out to less than 1g/TBSP.  10% cream has
slightly less per tablespoon.

In my opinion, the difference is negligeable, IF YOU COMPARE TBSP FOR
TBSP.  But, I find if I'm using milk, I use more, because I like a
certain color tea that I can get using less cream.

So, you would have to decide whether the calories or the carbs are more
important to you.  Also, of course, you should factor in which tastes
better for you.

8 fluid ounces of whole and skim milk have 13g and 12g of carbs respectively
with sugars being 12g and 11 g respectively.

whole milk is the best if you have to use milk,

i use sainsburys free from soya milk (unsweetened) 1g per 250ml mixed with
double cream about 2.4g per 100ml, just a slash of each does me fine

i cant stand sainsburys free from milk on its own, tastes of liquid wood :E
