I have been lowcarbing for about 3months (had a week off over xmas) however,
back on induction....
If i do a small amount of cardio e.g 30 - 40 mins Bike; after - the endorphins
seem to flow and i don't feel too bad. However, if i do resistance training i
seem to feel really drained of energy and i am overcome by a generall feeling
of unwellness.
After resistance training today (feeling drained)i went and ate a low carb
breakfast, which seemed to pick me up but throughout the day i have still felt
pretty shitty...
Help anyone? I know this post is prob a bit vague but im hoping its just a
common hurdle that people know about...........

Try eating a little something a tiny bit higher carb (not just meat
and fat) prior to lifting and see how you feel. Even a protein shake
will be groovy.

Try eating 2-6 grams of fast acting glucose in the form of Smarties (5 discs
equal 2 grams) or a single Sweetart. These give you just enough glucose to
keep your blood sugar from dropping to the low which may be what makes you
feel like crap. It works for me.

I know some have their views about whether or not to eat before
exercise but I for one dump insulin after a good work out and feel
crappy too. I eat a low carb tortilla with a teaspoon of peanut butter
and a hard boiled eggs before I go. Dont over hydrate yourself before(
you'll feel sluggish and bloated) but do drink a little something and
drink drink drink afterwards to replenish what you sweat. I dont feel
dumpy anymore

Take it easy during Induction. Build back up in intensity as you
build your carb intake back up starting week three. At low carb
intake, you will naturally hit the wall by running out of glycogen
if you exercise too intensely.
Being on REinduction does not invalidate this original part of the
directions.
