Would someone be so kind as to post the bread recipe from Dr. Atkins'
original diet book?  All I can remember is that is uses egg whites,
cream of tartar, and artificial sweetener, but I can't remember the
proportions or the baking time.

Thanks very much,
Bonnie

I don't have the book with me right now, but these are the ingredients for
the Diet Revolution Rolls:

DIET ROLLS:

6 egg whites
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
6 egg yolks
1/2 c. sour cream or cottage cheese
2 pkgs. Sw & Lo

Beat whites and cream of tartar until VERY stiff, then beat the yolks, cream
or cottage cheese and sweetener together (or do in blender to get lumps from
cottage cheese), and fold into the whites mixture.  An addition of some
cinnamon makes them smell and taste better.

Bake on non-stick pans sprayed with Pam..this makes 12 big rolls so I use 2
pans, (for only 6 rolls make half).
Bake 300 degrees for 45-60 mins.
