My question is...how in the world do you learn those aerobics moves?
This is only my first week, but I wonder if I will ever get it down at
all. lol. I'm sort of uncoorindated. Walking and chewing gum is a
challenge if you know what I mean. Did or does anyone else have this
problem? *grin* My mom and I do The Firm in the mornings and when it
comes to the aerobics part, we just try to keep moving even if it is
in the wrong direction. lol! I'm pumped about doing the videos, but it
will be a personal goal to get the foot work down....not to mention
getting more fit
Any thoughts?
Thank you in advance.

Aerobics are easy to learn, just watch the instructor and you'll figure it
out eventually. Country Line Dancing is nothing more than a few aerobics
moves strung together to whiskey soaked depressing songs.
