What's the shorthand srcipt some folk use?

Hi, can anyone explain the script certain folk here use at the end of the
messages.  I assume it is start mass, current mass and goal mass.  Is that
correct?

Right.  Except many of us have no appreciation for kilograms or meters.

You are right, but most of measure in pounds. There are many websites that
convert the metrics if you want to see how you are doing compared to others.
