I am a brave girl, go easy on me. I started a blog when I started this WOE.
I didn't keep it up for a while but it was interesting to read what I had
written in the first week. I have finally decided it is time to share. Keeps
me honest. My stats and yes, pictures are posted.

You look wonderful in your latest pictures. You're one of those people for
whom a few pounds makes a huge difference in appearance. Keep up the good
work!

Yes you are brave, good for you! I hope to be brave like you and share
pics and a blog soon also. I think you are looking good! Do you feel
healthier too? I read that you injured yourself walking, what
happened? Thats what I am going to start doing also, walking. Congrats
on the weight loss, keep the great work up!

Thank you for your kind words. The walking injury came from walking 60 miles
in 3 days. I apparently was out of alignment (per the chiropractor) and then
put 60 miles on my feet. I developed plantar fasciitis in my right foot
pretty severe and mildly in my left. I stretched, casted, physical therapy,
taped them, ultra sound therapy, expensive orthodics for my shoes. Nothing
worked. At times I could not walk, I had to crawl, scoot or hold onto
something. I felt like I was 90. Finally someone recommended a chiropractor.
I was always a skeptic, but what did I have to lose. My insurance even paid
for it. In just a few weeks I was walking normal and within 3 months I
returned to walking for exercise. It has been a year since I tried the
chiropractor and occasionally if I stand too long, the next day I have some
discomfort but it is nothing compared to the pain I used to be in.
