I quite didn't mind the two scrawny little chunks I ate, actually. I
will try it as a foccacia substitute, with balsamic and extra virgin
olive oil dip. Would be not too bad with some low-fat mozarella and
fresh spicey tomato salsa nuked for about thirty secs, too. Good for
dipping into my cabbage and chicken soup, maybe? I am encouraged.
Who needs those (where I live) eight buck packs of muffin mix!

I am glad you like it. My advice is to stay away from the Atkins spaghetti.
Bleck!

Spend your money on a big jar of vanilla whey protein and you can make a few
months' worth of delicious low carb muffins, pancakes and breads for a lot
less expense than the packaged mixes.
And they taste a whole lot better, too!
