Atkins: Saturated fats news

New York Times article today notes that Atkins Nutritionals is now
emphasizing that only 20% of calories should come from saturated fats.
This has been discussed here before, and is probably not news to
longer term readers of this newsgroup, but it's worth repeating.

   Not that hard to do. Meat ususally contains 2:2:1
saturated:monunsaturated:polyunsaturated. So all you need to do is to
add some olive oil to it :)
