checked my BMI today, 29.0.  this means i'm no longer considered "obese",
but merely "overweight".  of course, i think the BMI charts are total crap,
but it still feels pretty good to have made it this far.

Congratulations.  I too recently enjoyed this particular milestone...it felt
good.

I reached that same milestone on Christmas day.  Quite a shot in the arm,
innit?

You might as well fall flat on your face as lean over too far backward.

I have another 30 lbs to go to get to "just" overweight. But when I
moved out of the "morbidly obese" category, I breathed a sigh of
relief, and it certainly felt like an important milestone! I know
every little bit improve the chances I can keep my good health. I look
forward to getting to that next goal. Rebeq
