Well written Excel spreadsheet for tracking weight loss. Use pounds, stones,
or kilograms. Produces charts and graphs of loss and will project future
weight and goal date. Has a field for daily notes which I use to see what
effects my progress.

If you would like a copy, please email ftlbard at bellsouth.net and I will
send you a copy. Please include a valid email in the body if your return
email is bogus. You have to have Microsoft Excel or a compatible spreadsheet
program for this to be used. OpenOffice is a free program that works well
from www.openoffice.org

You should also not be using your work email to get this as I am getting
some emails returned to be as being blocked as spam. Bellsouth has been
listed as a spam address in some anti-spam databases used to filter email.

I've been using your spreadsheet for a few weeks.  I really like the table
with end-of-diet projection and running totals of weight loss and such.
However, the charts that came with it do not seem to work.  (I am opening
the spreadsheet with Open Office.)

Any suggestions?
It would be fun to see a chart.

Here is a screen capture of the table:

I'm using Excel, its a little different from the screen shot I seen. I
have taken a couple classes up to advanced Excel in a vocational
school. So know what formulas to put into one. Working on one now.
Just started induction, so got time. The worksheet you are using looks
good enough.  I like it. Its just too much for me to handle right now.
I am tracking three of us also.

I just tried weight commander.  I don't like it.  the problem is that it
falsely enters weights for the previous 90 days.  When I changed specific
entries that I had records for, all the other days in between continued to
show the false data.  I'm not going to interpolate 90 entries by hand.

Thanks for the suggestion though.
