Signature370/300/270 Single malt scotch is awesome (NO it does NOT have carbs as DON'T vodka, gin, rum, bourbon, etc generally) Malt can be made low carb through the judicious use of yeast. Low carb beer? Uh...yeah. Read the books. You can have more than eggs for breakfast. Yes calories do count. Ketosticks are not neccessary to lose weight. Email: Actually my feet are big not medium. Flvored vodkas are infused with flavor during the distillation process, just as flavorings are added to gin. There is no sugar in these vodkas. Good point, I should have been more specific. It does depend on the vodka. The example that comes to mind for me of a flavored vodka with alot of sugar is Feigling. The vanilla flavor is very sticky. We had a little spill from a gathering we hosted, and the next day the vanilla vodka resembled dried full sugared pop . Alcohol is metabolized and turns into sugar in the bloostream - at least that's my understanding. So, although all these alcohols are labeled ) carbs, they're just sugar to your body, sorry to say. If it's alcohol I want, I'll treat myself to a glass of red wine, which at least has been shown to have other benefits. Lee If you could prove that alcohol is metabolized into sugar in the bloodstream, you'd probably win a Nobel Prize for most absurd chemical reaction theory ever. Sugar is converted to alcohol through the process known as fermentation. This chemical reaction does not work both ways. Find a chemistry book. And wine?
