I wasnt paying real close attention to what I ate today and I am going to go
over my limit of 30 carbs. By the end of the night after a snack I will be10
over... BUT as of right now I am under my calorie alotment by 698!!!  I have
been super active today so I dont feel REAL bad about my slip... hopefully
tomorrow I can keep a better eye on what I eat.

Cheryl,

Get back on track tomorrow.  It happens to the best of us
occasionally.  Move on!

Cheryl,

I do not think that there is a single low carber that stays
under his/her carb count EVERY single day.  This weekend for
example, I had Flautas cravings (wrapped fried taquitos), so
I went to my favourite mexican restaurant and had them.  I
do not regret it, nor I felt bad after I ate them.  I got
the craving out of my system, and was back on track the next
day.

In my opinion, if you want to be successful in any eating
plan you have to allow yourself some flexibility and avoid
feeling bad or depressed if you have a day off.  Just jump
back on the wagon.  The key is to not fall off
frequently...

Just my thoughts.

Thanks, I kinda feel that way too. I was pretty active today so its not like
I sat on my butt and ate all day... I dont feel that bad about going over...
just that I wasnt paying attention to what I ate.
