I weigh on a balance scale and losing weight is like watching a time line. a
military family, we moved a lot, On the scale, I'm out of NH were we now
live,  passed Pennsylvania, am currently in South Carolina, and am on my way
to Texas. When the balance goes under  the 200 pound  mark  I'll be in
Germany where I was in a Topps support group and lost and regained 30
pregnancy lbs on low Cal and dancing solo in my living room. Before that
South Carolina and Military weight control of starve myself for weigh ins
(how to ruin your health in 1 easy lesson).  Man, can't weight to get to
California and back to Buffalo NY!

Find something to focus on and go for it!

First thing is to not need that 200 pound weight anymore on the scale!

What about you?

Diane

So now the military ruined your health and it wasn't just a case of you
stuffing too much junk into your fat face? Are you going to sue?

Do I understand that the military has different weight standards in Germany
than when in new York?

I was going to joke that gravity is different over there, making the scales
read in kilograms, but you already got an unsupportive reply from
someone....
