Count on it. As an example, you can buy some sugar free syrups for
your coffee, so you know there are carbs in the regualr syrups.

Getting the info can be tough, though, since coffee isn't considered a
food here in the US the labeling isn't required.

It does sound as if I'm wrong, doesn't it?

Oh well, maybe Bush will start his speech tonight with corrections on
last year's...

I *did* kind of like that "weapons of mass destruction related program
activities" phrase.  Can you imagine how different that 2002
Cincinnati speech would have sounded if he couldn't have said things
like "Saddam Hussein still has chemical and biological weapons and is
increasing his capabilities to make more. And he is moving ever closer
to developing a nuclear weapon."

I have contacted Mllstone coffee about their coffees, and their reply
was no carbs with flavored regualr coffee was added. If you are talking
like vanilla cream, sugar type there are carbs.

I am a coffee broker and sell lots of flavored coffee.  There are no carbs - no
sugar - in flavored coffees.  However if you add flavoring syrups or flavored
creamers you must read the labels carefully.  Sugarfree syrups have no carbs,
but again things change, so read labels!

The original post never made it here.  As far as I've seen, flavored
coffee beans typically have no added carbs.  But if the OP was referring
to things like Nestle's "International" flavored instant coffees, and
similar products, those have sugar in them.
