First is there any kind of low carb alternative to pizza crust. There is
that Atkins bake mix that will do bread, pancakes & muffins, but will it
handle a facsimile to a decent pizza crust. Or is there something else
entirely that does a good job.
Next what about Jell-O? It says no sugars and no carbs - I was guessing it
was something that goes along with a low carb diet.
Thanks

Hola,
Sugar free Jello has aprox 1 carb per portion, so it is a
great dessert but make sure that you remember the carb.
If you are a newbie, avoid LC bread products. Get used to
your new way of eating and then try to experiment. (yes
there are some LC pizza crust packages out there)
