Hi All,

Can someone help me. I while back I saw a recipe for what I think was called
"Garlic Lovers Chicken". It was basically chicken breast with mozzarella
cheese in it and oven baked with homemade garlic mayo, but for the life of
me I cannot find it.

Anyone have a clue where it might be?

Help?

Don't know but it sounds pretty easy. I'd say pound out your chicken breasts
between some cling film until it's flat (don't hit it too hard or it breaks
up). Lay some mozzarella cheese and whatever else you want onto it and roll
it. Secure with a toothpick. Garlic mayo is prob just mayonaise and crushed
garlic (although adding a bit of lemon juice is nice, too).

If that sounds absolutely *nothing* like what you're looking for, then try
doing a search on Google in the low carb group for the key words.

:)
