Ok, so I started the Atkins/South Beach <Kind of doing a little of each> 2
weeks ago today, and have lost 19.5 Pounds, I am also walking twice a day
now. AND I HAVE NOT HAD A GOUT ATTACK since that day 1 weeks ago, my doctor
upped my Allopurinol< Anti gout, urc acid medication>. I also have alot
more energy.
ALSO :My friend gave me a DUMBELL that weighs 20 pounds, told me to hold it
for 30 seconds, WOW 20 pounds really feels heavy when you think about that's
how much more weight was on me pre LOW CARB... It's kind of inspirational.
TRY IT... goto a sports store and goto the weights or dumbell section and
pick up the amount of weight you have lost..

sh.t....I hate unloading a 100 lb plate off of the leg press machine....so
holding it for 30 seconds is definitely out of the question :)

I wanted to mention the fact that you are walking twice a day, which will
keep your metabolism at a higher level than once a day. That with low carb
is about the best way to lose weight fast, I found. Although I'm too lazy
to exercise twice a day, I am running and so on, so that still is good.
