I mix the CranGrape with water or soda, because it is pretty syrupy
sweet.
The diet V8 Splash tropical blend has only 3g per 8oz, and I water that
down a bit, too, and add a twist of lemon to cut the sweetness.

I have coupons for a couple of free bottles of OceanSpray. I got
a bottle of the Cranberry, which I think is better than the
CranGrape, which was just toooo sweet. (My daughter ended up
drinking it though.) I still want to dilute the Cranberry because
it is 10 g carb per cup, which is pretty high. If I can drink
half of that and half of something that has 0 g carbs, that is a
more-acceptable average.
Speaking of such, and even getting back to the subject in the
header, I did see Tropicana's Light and Healthy today. (At Stop &
Shop in Massachusetts.) I didn't buy it, because it is still 17 g
carb per cup--which is MUCH too high. Maybe if they had something
smaller than a half gallon, I would buy it and dilute it A LOT.
Or use a bit for cooking, but how can I ever use a half gallon of
it if I am also diluting it?

I hope the OP is still here!
My husband wanted something with his breakfast this morning. He mixed a bit of
daVinci's sugar free orange syrup with a bit of lemon juice and water. Voila!
Tang!
We are going to try putting it through our smoothie maker with ice next!
