Yes, they're the same thing. I have to test my dog's urine (he's a
diabetic, should I put him on Atkins?), so I just buy the KetoDiastix so I
can test myself once in a while too. Instead of just having the Ketone
'tester' on the end of the stick, they have a glucose and a keytone 'tester'
on the end. I also cut these in half lengthwise to double my supply for
free. :)

If you want, you can (quickly and carefully, so as not to expose to air
very long) cut off some of the green glucose test squares and save in
a small portable container, if you think the soft drinks you are served
are sometimes not really diet.
