There's a news article today on Yahoo about a big low-carb convention
in Lost Vegas or somewhere, but this paragraph caught my eye...

"Atkins Nutritionals, the low-carb food and product maker founded by
the late low-carb guru Robert Atkins, has been telling health
professionals in seminars to limit the amount of saturated fat that
its followers take in to 20 percent of calories."

Hmmm....   Kalish

As I have mentioned before in posts ... if you follow the low carbohydrate
diet as Dr. Atkins, himself, layed out, you WILL only consume 20% of your
total caloric intake as saturated fat.

If you track your daily intake on www.fitday.com, as I have, you will see
that if you are following Dr. Atkins diet, you ARE only consuming 20% of
your total caloric intake as saturated fat.

This is without worring or fretting, it is a logical conclusion of a
PROPERLY FOLLWED low carbohydrate diet.

Just follow the diet plan and you will be fine.

So, if I ate nothing but Tbone steaks, what would the percent of
caloric intake as saturated fat.

So is eating nothing but Tbone steaks following Dr. Atkins diet plan?

I'll answer that for you ... no!

If you follow the diet plan, your saturated fat will naturally come out to
around 20% of your total caloric intake.

I think people should remember what you've sid... A couple slices of
bacon, for instance, have 3g saturated fat -> 27 calories. No big
deal!
