Do you mean the tortillas themselves? I asked a Subway guy that very
question and he told me it came from a restaurant supplier and would not
give me the company's name.

When I submitted a complaint on the Subway website about the cost of
the wraps, the person responding said they were an Atkins product, and
"As I am sure that you are aware, the Atkins products available
through Atkins directly are not inexpensive. The Atkins wrap is over 4
times the cost for Subway bread. This is an expensive product."

La Tortilla Factory makes LC tortillas. You can get them from various
online stores like Netrition or Atkins. Also, some health food stores
carry them.

The ones at the stores you mentioned are the La Tortilla Factory tortillas.
Though I like the La Tortilla Factory tortillas, the ones from Subway are a
whole lot better. I, too, would love to be able to buy them for home use.

If that's what they are then I believe that you can purchase them at
Sobey's stores here in the greater Halifax area.
