I switched my diet last June to a Lo-Carb WOE.  For months I did great.  I
had no headaches.  I could leave my Tums at home.  My jeans fit again.

Then, I got cocky.  Sure, I have can have that muffin, it's just one.

Sunday, I couldn't get my jeans zipped.  I realized I had been eating Tums
everyday.

Got back on track Monday.  Dropped 2 lbs already.  I was in ketosis by the
end of the 2nd day.  Love that purple.

It's sort of like smoking.  no, you really can't have just one.

Glad to be back.

It's hard to believe and accept but...for most of us, this will be how
it's going to be...for the rest of our lives.  By the way, I used to
pop Tums like candy, and it had nothing to do with overeating - just
about anything in any amount set off the molten lava feeling in my
stomach.  I don't get that any more and that alone is worth the price
of admission.  Good luck with your re-entry into the WOE.   Kalish
