Are they okay with atkins diet? << Are they okay with atkins diet? >><BR><BR> I really like the taste of EAS Low Carb shakes. They are probably too high carb for induction but I used them a lot during OWL and still use them on maintenance. Brenda 135/106 Yeah I tried once, but I was not informed about if I could or not. Although the specs says it's made with sucralose so I guess that should be okay, I think it's only like 5 grams tho.
