Hi everyone. I have been lurking here for about a month or so and you guys seem
really great and friendly!!  You have given me so much fantastic advice that I
am so thankful to all of you! We are stocked up on plenty of water, induction
veggies and vitamins! LOL! My family and I are starting on Sunday and I wanted
to introduce myself as I'm sure I'll be needing some help from time to time. So
hi to all and I'll be posting more on our stats on Sunday. Wish us luck! LOL

For Melissa:
Welcome, please excuse Kevin.  He's harmless.

I'd mess with you by posting in here as different people but some of
us don't have access to the whizbang school resources you do.  <G>

I'm waiting for you to apologize to the group for smearing my name
through your trickery.

:-)  If I could do tricks like that I'd be taking full credit for it.

Take care,

Good luck, Melissa!  It is wonderful that your entire family is doing
this together.  You are right that this is a great group and you will
get lots of good information and support here.

Hi Melissa, welcome to the group!

If you are ALL switching to low-carb, it's a good idea to get rid of all high-
carb foods that are currently in the house.  I gave most of mine (including
frozen stuff) to a food bank.  That way, it's not there to tempt you if you find
your resolve flagging.  Besides, you'll need the room for all the GOOD food
you'll be eating :-)
