Today I weighed in at 175.5 (having started at 205.5) -- down THIRTY lbs since
June!!!  YESSSSSS!!!  (only 50 to go!)  It's slow-going for me, but if *I* can do
it, just about ANYONE can :-)

I just hit 30 down this morning too!! Whoo! In 8 weeks that averages out to
about .5lbs per day. Wish I could keep that pace up for the next eight weeks,
but I'm not exactly going to hold my breath, LOL! Hubby is 2 lbs away from
FIFTY down in the same time period. That's eighty pounds combined. Our daughter
doesn't even weigh that much! That's more than a small person, LOL!

Don't be. I still have another 30 to even get to your start weight! And I doubt
that will come off as fast.
