Hi all,
I've been lurking for a long time, and thought I would introduce myself.
I've been doing the LC WOE for about 7 years off and on...sometimes more
"off" than "on," but that's a long story...I found most of the time when I
went "off" it was when I would hit a plateau and get discouraged, but I
always seem to come back...and this time I feel I'm back for good.
Got back on the LC bandwagon in early October, and have lost 35 lbs since
then, and I am so, so happy, with much more energy and stamina. It feels so
good to go get boot-cut jeans (something I NEVER had before) and wear sizes
like 18-20 instead of not even being able to wear store-bought clothes (my
numbers below will explain...). I love reading everyone's posts, and I look
forward to more support and advice from everyone, and a great laugh on
occasion ;). Thanks for being there...
