Anyway, I just used it but I wasn't sure how to count a Curves workout, is
it moderate, heavy, or what? It _feels_ heavy from the way my muscles feel
afterwards, but I am not letting myself go over (or not much over) my
target heart rate, so technically I _could_ work out harder but they say it
isn't good for you.
I guess it doesn't make that much of a difference, since even when I put in
8 hours of resting and 16 hours of "very light" I still get total calories
as 2000, and I'm eating below that. I did an average of the two weeks I
was tracking on Fitday, and even though that was a while ago I don't vary
much from that routine, and my average calories consumed was 1383. Now,
this is also lower than my resting BMR, which is 1500 according to that
calculator, but I'm not particularly worried about it. I don't feel
deprived or like I'm starving.

I have only 3 flaws. My first flaw is thinking that I only have 3 flaws.
