Hacker's Diet Tools

I've been using the excel tools at:

to let me track weight lost.  I've put today's snapshot up on
my blog (moved to livejournal from blogspot):

I like this ten day rolling average approach because it lets me see
progress even during plateaux (and also keeps me from getting
too cocky on days when I lose 3 or 4 lbs).

I read the HD a long time ago, and that's when I decided to record my
weight every day.  I don't do the 10 day average, but I can see three
months of progress at a time and I get basically the same effect.
