Are there any good low carb coffee flavorings? Thank you.
I have been on this diet for 3 weeks and my weight went down 2 pounds and
then up 3. I am so disappointed. I would appreciate any help.

If you're looking for things to flavor coffee, Da Vinci and Toriani make
sugar-free syrups that are wonderful with coffee. I use vanilla and
hazelnut, but they have a huge range of flavors.
You probably need to look at what you're eating (I use fitday.com -- it's
free to register) for carb content and gen'l nutritional info, make sure
you're drinking enough water, and see that you're consuming enough calories.

I also found Sugar Free Van. Flavoring in a tall clear bottle at the SUPER
WalMarts, in their low carb section, less than $6. and it lasts forever!
Good for baking also, or to make vanilla-snow!
Reread the deduction recommendations and guidelines at atkins.com and
use Fitday.com for supervision, kinda a pain to get started at Fitday, but
well worth the time and trouble, easy after awhile and very useful for long
term. Be sure to drink at least one gallon of water (not counting coffee,
soda, etc.) no extras for 2 weeks, stay strictly on induction food list as
found @ Atkins.com and you will drop weight, no cheating for 2 weeks! Keep
us informed and good luck. DOn't forget to exercise daily.

Are you following induction strictly like it is spelled out in the book?
that shouldn't be happening.
