A New Cheese fry

Go to your Mexican market and buy Queso Blanco.  Slice 1/4 inch thick and heat
a nonstick skillet on medium temperature.  Place slice Blanco onto the heated
skillet and brown both sides.  It does not melt!  Serve with low carb salsa!
If you want more flavor - brown the cheese in butter!  Wow!

I hope it's better than that Greek Houllami fryable cheese that
someone posted about a few weeks ago.  I saw it at the store this
weekend and bought it - $5.99 for 8 ounces - sheesh.  Took it home and
fried it - blech.  It reminded me of mozzarella only blander and
squeakier when you eat it.  What a waste of 6 bucks.   Kalish
