I made your Ginger Cheesecakes for dessert last night. They were AWESOME!! I
especially liked the individual portions. I used all Splenda in the recipe as I
didn't have any e'tol. Thanks a million for the recipe, it's definitely a
keeper!

Lucky I looked! Thanks. I'm glad to hear that the more-available
Splenda worked in the recipe, because the erythritol is harder to
get, expensive, and yielded the grainy result that I wrote about.
BTW, I may be trying to put together a new idea today. Stay
tuned--if it is not just hideous!!!!
