Mix the 2% white with the chocolate...even good heating it up. I have
found the chocolate a little on the rich side, so adding a little white
to it kinda tastes like a regular choc milk. The white is also good to
cook with as well.

Where can you find it? (I'm in CA, by the way.) Maybe Whole Foods? Thanks!

Do either a google check or go to Hoods' website for a location near
you. In Ohio, and so far practically everywhere.

In my area Super Walmarts carry it and so does Publix.

I just found the Chocolate version yesterday at my Shoppers Grocery store
in Glen Burnie. I just made a batch of ice cream with it and it is
wonderfully creamy.

I would be very interested in that recipe, if you don't mind posting
it! Thanks in advance. Kalish

Tastes sorta milkish, not exact. More viscous because of gums and
emulsifiers and more translucent. Not good in tea or coffee, IMO.

I use it in my coffee. While it may not be quite as good as half and
half, it lasts much longer.... ie, co-workers tend not to "borrow" it

I like the taste of the 2% better - quite good. Tastes good enough to
drink straight - also using it for the SF pudding now.

I am using Hoods red carton tomorrow in sf jello instead of cream. I will
let you know if it isn/t a good substitute.
