ATKINS DIET CHANGED SINCE HE DIED

Aren't they now saying you should only have 20% of your diet represented by
fat?  What do shills have to gain from pumping SBD, LOL at whoever said
that.

No. They say you _typically_ eat 20% of sturated fat.

See, lard has 40% of saturated fat, rest is mono/poly unsaturated. So if
you will eat according to WOE, that is if you will get 50-60% of
calories from fat and will use some (not necessary a lot) of vegetable
oil, you will get about 20% from sat fat.

Going over 20% could be even rather hard - you should have to be eating
only butter (60% sat fat) and perhaps some palm oil, I guess :)
