Having been "induced", are the limits on salad and vegetable
consumption lifted?
During induction you have to keep within certain weight limits of
salad, i.e. 200-340 g.  (I never really understood this, as the carb
content of 100g of lettuce is pretty minimal.)
Once induction is over, can you then eat as much salad/vegetables as
you want, provided your overall daily total of carbs doesn't exceed
(in my case) 20g?

Thank you,
Nathan

If you are doing Atkins, read about the next level of introducing
around 5 extra carbs a day.

yes, you can.  salad and non-starchy veggies are not something that you
need to limit.

greens are about 1 carb a cup, so salad is one of the easier items to count,
I'm still counting everything and recording it.
