Me either. I decided to go with a regular mozzarella stick, and the
diet's working fine. (At the moment, I'm eating the ones that are
mozarella and cheddar twisted together. Yum!)
I've gone from 252 to 232 in a little over a month; I'm happy.

Just watch for sugars. Sometimes the flavored ones have sugars, more than I
want to eat in a snack.

Yes...you will gain 100 pounds overnight if you eat anything other
than the cheese sticks. Be afraid! Be very afraid! Seriously. What is
the big deal substituting calorie for calorie. The salt content in
jerky could cause some water retention if you don't drink plenty of
water though.
