Harty Low Carb Beef Soup

3 lbs Beef Roast Cubed
1 cube Beef Bouillon
1 Cup Fresh Mushrooms
1 Tbl Butter
1 yellow Onion
1/2 oz Keto Spegetti Noodles.

Put Beef, Mushrooms, Bouillon Cube in Crockpot.
Pour in cold water until meat is covered.
Start on High for 1 1/2 Hours and than turn to low.
Cook foir 4 hours more.
after 4 hours, ment butter in a skillet, and
add Onion thinky Sliced. Saute until soft and
starting to turm brown.
Add to Crockpot.
Break Spegetti into 3rds and add also.
Coook 1 /2 hours.

Onion 7.5
Mushrooms 5.00
Spegetti  2 .5

Total 15 Carbs devided by 6

Shoot,  I thought "harty" soup would have venison as an ingredient ...
