im just going to start induction and wondered if i can carry on drinking the
fizzy flavoured water i buy. I t has 2 carbs per bottle in the form or
sugars (sweeteners).

is this going to be ok as long as i count the carbs? i drink a bottle a day.

Thanks

Gordy

If it isn't on your list (check atkins.com) for approved foods.  You can't
have it.

as long as it's not sweetened with aspartame, it's fair game.  diet soda
is allowed on induction if it's saccharin or sucralose sweetened, so why
not fizzy flavored water?

and since there are so many varying reactions to the different
artificial sweeteners, i don't think it makes that big a difference even
if it *does* have aspartame in it - unless the OP knows for a fact that
aspartame stalls him.
