3 grams per minitub. They are alright, made with splenda. Better than
anything else I've seen.
I bought some yesterday, peaches and cream since it was the only kind
they had. I think they're really good and want to try the other flavors
as well.

Plain yogurt is low carb. You can make it yourself, or buy plain and
then add your own low carb extras. (I like cantelope with some splenda,
or even cocoa powder and vanilla w/ splenda.)

I like to let my yogurt "yoge" in my slow cooker. It just fits one of
those large (2L) margarine containers. Also, I believe the longer you
let the yogurt "yoge" the more carbs are eaten up. I let mine yoge for
24 hours. Oh... and beware of one mistake I made once. Don't stir the
yogurt before it has time to set and get cold in the fridge for a few
hours or you'll end up with very tangy cottage cheese.
