I came down from 190 to 175 very quickly. Then I stalled on 175 for weeks.
Just today, I'm down to 170.  Yipeeeee.

I started the week before Thanksgiving.  I heading for 155 or 160.

If you're exercising alot, especially some weight training, you may not
truly be in a stall.. if you are building up some muscle, remember muscle
weighs more volume for volume than fat does! If you are seeing differences
in the measurements and also just in what you *see* on yourself, then you
are probably losing fat, but not *weight* overall.
