Saw a promo on "Good Morning America" this morning that all next week
(Feb 2 - 6) they are going to have various chefs cooking low carb
recipes.  Emeril Lagasse and Wolfgang Puck were among the chefs mentioned.

It will be interesting to see what "their version" of Low Carbing is. Like
the couple that
was on the Food Network - a couple of those recipes were definitely not what
I would
consider to be Low Carb. But as they say, to each their own.

Too bad I can't watch TV in the morning.  The recipes end up
online, don't they?

That low now?  I do have a vcr, so I may tape, but I may also just
count on the recipes being online.  I would have to go to the site
anyway, unless I wanted to try to jot down the recipes.  I
actually have not watched any TV for years--except on Sept. 11,
and it's hard to get back into TV mode.

LOL, I know what you mean. I *have* a TV but mostly it just gathers dust.
Though every now and then I do turn it on to watch the weather forecast when
a big winter storm is predicted. :-)

It's funny.  Anout a month ago, we moved the little TV I never
watched in my bedroom into this room, where I though I might have
it on while I sat here at the computer, but I keep forgetting to
find out what might be on.  There are some good programs, but...
I just spend so much time online that that time has to come from
somewhere--and it has come from TV time.  And I do want to
read....
