OK I need some help here !

I have been on the MRC diet for quite a while now and have lost 125
pounds. I had actually lost 150 but quit smoking in November and
instantly gained 25 pounds back. I was one pound away from my goal
weight darnit!!!

I have really been struggling with my weight or at least getting back
on program. I can't seem to get back on track and I can feel my
clothes are tighter now and I cant go back to what I was, I weigh 235
pounds and need to get down to 200 actually 199 (I'm dying to see 1##
on the scale)

Someone give me some advice or something I need to get back on it!

Well, you're in the low-carb newsgroup so I would suggest you try a low-carb
diet instead of the commercial, diet-pill pushing trollish MRC.

Metabolic Rsearch Center -- they promote a commercial diet where they sell
pills.
