I found a sauce at Trader Joe's that made for a nice change of flavors for
supper: it's called "Punjab Spinach Sauce", and has a pleasant Indian
flavor.  It's not hot or spicy; just flavorful.  I simmered fake chicken
(Quorn cutlets) in it; it would be even better with real chicken.

Net carbs are 4 g for a generous half-cup serving.

Ingredients: Spinach, tomatoes, water, tomato paste, light cream, onions,
lemon juice, fresh ginger, fresh garlic, canola oil, salt, paprika,
turmeric, and "exotic spices".

Hey!  Thanks for the reminder.  I was looking at that when I was
on induction and thought that might be useful for the WOE.

I dunno, I like Quorn chicken better than the beast itself!
