there was an article in the MILW.JOURNAL this past sunday, that
listed the ABOVE AVERAGE whole wheat pastas that were also
considered low carb.
BELLA TERRA ORGANIC ROTINI
BIONATURAE ORGANIC 100% WHOLE WHEAT FUSILLI
FARRO CASINO DI CAPRAFICA SPAGHETTI
OUTPOST NATURAL FOODS BULK SPIRALS
just average:
DECECCA ENRICHED WHOLE-WHEAT SPAGHETTI
HUDSON MILL WHOLE-WHEAT SPIRALS
MISURA FUSILLI
disappointing:
CREAMETTE HEALTHY HARVEST WHOLE-WHEAT BLAEND PASTA ROTINI
EDEN ORGANIC PESTO GEMELLI 50% WHOLE GRAIN DURUM
HODGSON MILL ORGANIC SPIRALS WITH MILLED FLAX SEED
does anyone have any experience or comments on any of these?

would be nice to have a recommendation!

I haven't had experience with those pastas but I do like the "Keto" brand
pastas my local Krogers carries in the low carb section.

Search old posts for Shirataki noodle or Yam Noodle
Zero net carbs.
