My oldest son and I both had the darker shades on the strips. My
younger son, the 11 year old, showed the trace amounts. Its good to
hear that he is in ketosis no matter what then. I did compliment him
and encourage him. Its helping him stay on track. I will let him know
he is doing good anyways, he felt discourgaged with the different
color/trace amounts.

If they're eating low carb, they're in ketosis even if the strips don't show
it. Also, the strips don't distinguish between fat you eat and fat your body
burns, hence they're pretty much a complete waste of money and pee. :-)
