I was wondering if anyone here had a plateau after using products with sugar
alcohols? My weight loss was massive for about 8 weeks, until I decided to
use some of the low carb bars ice creams and other products containing sugar
alcohols. In the three weeks since I began using them, I have only lost
about three pounds. I have only lost 0.3 pounds in two weeks, Just wondering
if this stuff is messing with my metabolism. Anyone with similar problems?

Maybe cut them out and see what happens. They didn't stall me, but
made me crave. I won't go near them right now.

For some people, they react as if they are carbs.  So yes, they can cause
stalls.

They haven't stalled me, though I avoid them for other....personal reasons.

Just one gram of Sorbitol per day will give me loose bowels.   That's
1/4 cup of Dreyers Ice Cream.
