On the Ketostix, if my color is deep purple, am I losing more weight than if
I was moderate in color?

Nope, you could even be gaining weight.  Ketostix don't distinguish between fat
you burn and fat you ate.

Overly dark Ketostix are usually a sign that one needs to drink more water.
