I was watching a QVC 2 hour special on low carb.  Almost every item had
carbs!  They would hold up a half a slice of bread and say the breaded
chicken, or cheesecake only had that many carbs per serving.  They spoke as
if that half slice of bread was OK.  To me that is too much.  The 8 inch
cheese cake looked small and they said it had 15 servings.  The cheesecake
was expensive too.

Had to chuckle when I read your post. Last weekend I watched as they had low
carb foods for sale, steaks and lobster! Sheesh, at about $32 a pound for
lobster and about $25 a pound for steak it was such a deal! LOL:)) FTR,
Publix in Florida has Porterhouse and t-bone steak for $6.99 a pound this
week, our dinner this evening, yummy!
